Bazar À La Carte is a homegrown night market that grew from a small gathering of friends alongside How Bazar's first location into a bi-monthly series that anchored Gainesville’s creator community and spawned a significant, creator economy.

In 2025, BALC hit the road—stopping in Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Gainesville. With each stop, we produced a one-of-one collaborative community environments the melded a variety of arts, commerce, community, and human beings, being human.
